Brian, this was very interesting. What do you feel this video clip teaches us? Why should we expect this couple to return, or not return, based on their experience? I’ll start the ball rolling. I saw a greeter who wasn’t paying attention. Then, the judgmental “up and down” look from the man in the suit.
Who else would like to comment on this? What other negative experience may lead this couple to decide not to return? Wsa there anything positive about their experience? I think it will be fun (and yes, informative) for us to analyze this as a church.
